Az Affiliana s.r.o., székhelye: Malé náměstí 14/30, 503 00 Hradec Králové, cégjegyzékszám: 07828608, bejegyezve a Hradec Králové-i Kerületi Bíróság által vezetett cégjegyzékben, C 43206 szám alatt (továbbiakban: “Adatkezelő”), az Európai Parlament és a Tanács (EU) 2016/679 rendelete (2016. április 27.) a természetes személyeknek a személyes adatok kezelése tekintetében történő védelméről és az ilyen adatok szabad áramlásáról, valamint a 95/46/EK rendelet hatályon kívül helyezéséről (általános adatvédelmi rendelet, továbbiakban: “Rendelet”), továbbá a vonatkozó nemzeti adatvédelmi jogszabályoknak megfelelően az alábbi személyes adatokat kezeli:

  • vezetéknév és keresztnév,
  • e-mail cím,
  • hozzászólás,
  • IP cím.

Az Affiliana ezeket a személyes adatokat kizárólag az alább meghatározott célokkal összhangban, a szükséges mértékben és ideig kezeli:

  • sütik / cookie,
  • cikkekhez fűzött hozzászólások,
  • kapcsolatfelvételi űrlap.

A személyes adatok kezelését általános böngészés során az Adatkezelő végzi, azonban az Adatkezelő számára az adatokat az alábbi adatfeldolgozók is kezelhetik:

a. a Google Analytics és Google Tag Manager szoftver szolgáltatója, a Google Hungary Kft., székhelye: 1023 Budapest, Árpád fejedelem útja 26-28., cégjegyzékszám: 01-09-861726. Az adatokat a Google Ireland Limited, illetve az Alphabet Inc. is kezelheti a Google adatvédelmi irányelveinek megfelelően.

b. esetlegesen további adatfeldolgozó szoftverek, szolgáltatások és alkalmazások szolgáltatói, amelyeket azonban az Adatkezelő jelenleg nem használ.

Sütik / Cookies

A weboldal használatával Ön hozzájárul a sütik használatához és a sütifájlok gyűjtéséhez, amelyeket az Affiliana a weboldalán használ a weboldal működésének javítása, a látogatottság elemzése és bizonyos marketing tevékenységek optimalizálása céljából.

Amennyiben nem járul hozzá bizonyos vagy az összes süti gyűjtéséhez, megakadályozhatja azok gyűjtését böngészője beállításainak módosításával. Cikkek hozzászólásai

Az Affiliana a hozzászólás elküldése esetén (lásd Termékértékelés feltételeket) az alábbi adatokat kezeli:

  • vezetéknév és keresztnév,
  • e-mail cím,
  • hozzászólás,
  • IP cím

Adatkezelés célja:

  1. A név, e-mail cím és hozzászólás a hozzászólás szerzőjének azonosítása és a hozzászólás közzététele céljából kerül feldolgozásra.
  2. Az IP cím az Adatkezelő szerverét érő kibertámadások megelőzése céljából kerül feldolgozásra.

Adatok megőrzési időtartama:

  • A személyes adatokat 5 évig őrizzük meg.
  • Az IP címet a hozzászólás közzétételétől számított 6 hónapig tároljuk, hacsak nem hosszabbítja meg a hozzájárulást.

Hozzájárulás visszavonása:

A hozzájárulás bármikor visszavonható, például írásban levélben, e-mailben vagy a kereskedelmi közleményben található leiratkozási linkre kattintva. A hozzájárulás visszavonása a hozzászólás törlését eredményezi.

Adatfeldolgozók:

A személyes adatok kezelését az Adatkezelő végzi, azonban az adatokat az alábbi adatfeldolgozók is kezelhetik:

Kapcsolatfelvételi űrlap

Az Affiliana s.r.o. (lásd fent) a kapcsolatfelvételi űrlap elküldése esetén az alábbi adatokat dolgozza fel:

  • név,
  • e-mail cím.

Adatkezelés célja:

Az e-mail cím és név feldolgozása kizárólag az üzenet szerzőjével való kapcsolatfelvétel céljából történik, hogy választ tudjunk adni a kérdésére.

Hozzájárulás időtartama:

A hozzájárulást 3 éves időtartamra adja meg, hacsak nem hosszabbítja meg ezt az időtartamot.

Adatkezelés módja:

A személyes adatok kezelését az Adatkezelő végzi, azonban az adatokat az alábbi adatfeldolgozók is kezelhetik:

a. A webtárhely szolgáltató:

b. További adatfeldolgozók:
Esetlegesen további adatfeldolgozó szoftverek, szolgáltatások és alkalmazások szolgáltatói, amelyeket azonban az Adatkezelő jelenleg nem használ.

Hozzájárulás visszavonása:

A hozzájárulás bármikor visszavonható, például:

  • írásban levélben,
  • e-mailben.

A visszavonás esetén az e-mail cím és az ehhez kapcsolódó személyes adatok törlésre kerülnek.

Személyes adatok védelme

Minden gyűjtött személyes adat titkosított (bcrypt módszerrel), az adminisztrátori hozzáférések erős jelszavakkal (20 vagy több karakter) és kétfaktoros hitelesítéssel védettek, a szerverrel való kapcsolat https tanúsítvánnyal titkosított.

Személyes adatok kezelése és az Ön jogai

  • kérni tőlünk információt arról, hogyan kezeljük személyes adatait,
  • hozzáférést kérni ezekhez az adatokhoz, azokat frissíteni vagy helyesbíteni,
  • kérni tőlünk ezen személyes adatok törlését,
